2. Quotes & Payments

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
A deposit may be required before work commences.
Final files, websites, or projects may be withheld until full payment has been received.
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all required information, content, images, and materials needed to complete a project.
Delays in providing content may result in project delays.
The client is responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any materials supplied to us.

4. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included during the design process. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

5. Website Hosting & Maintenance

Unless specifically included in your package, hosting, domain registration, and ongoing maintenance are billed separately.

6. SEO & Marketing Services

While we implement industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, sales, leads, or advertising results.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and websites remain the property of Funky Web Facades until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, ownership of the completed project transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.

8. Third-Party Services

Some projects may require third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, social media platforms, or plugins. We are not responsible for interruptions, policy changes, or issues caused by third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Funky Web Facades shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

10. Cancellations

Either party may cancel a project in writing. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and payable by the client.

11. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
